We build practical, dependable ERP and CRM systems for companies and teams — orders, inventory, purchasing, approvals and receivables, plus multi-channel e-commerce orders, all in one place. Easy to use, good to look at, quick to learn. What you see below isn’t a screenshot — it’s a working system.

Running several legacy systems already? We consolidate and rebuild, too — bringing scattered data into one place.
Business
Real operations are always lively: several sales channels, a legacy system that has run for years, logistics and accounting each keeping their own spreadsheets. Our first job is to turn that into one clear flow — where every order is, where it’s waiting, and who moves it next.
01
Order to cash
Before the money arrives, an order goes through confirmation, picking, shipping, invoicing and payment. The system’s job is to show each person exactly which orders are theirs to handle.
Orders from every channel land in one place
Each tab shows how many orders sit at that step
Short-stock orders are flagged — and you’re told when they can ship
Open the “⋯” menu next to search and choose “Sync channel orders” to pull in new orders; then open one and press “Try next step” until it ships.

02
Lead to deal
The progress in a salesperson’s head, laid out for everyone to see. Every deal sits on its stage; amount times probability becomes a forecast you can see. Win it, and it becomes an order in one click, every detail carried over.
Drag a card to move the deal forward
Weighted forecast: amount × probability
Quotes calculate tax and convert to orders
Drag a card to the next stage and watch the forecast update.
03
Stock to reorder
“On hand − reserved = available.” One equation tells you how much you can still sell. Items below safety stock are flagged; tick a few and they become a purchase order. Large ones go to the manager and finance for approval automatically.
Available stock against safety level, at a glance
Shortfalls become a purchase order in one click
Large purchases route for approval, then order themselves
Tick a few low-stock items and press “Create purchase order”.

Approval engine
Change the amount or the type, and the approval route changes with it — small claims stop at a manager; bigger ones add Finance, then the CEO. A purchase contract has Legal and Finance review at the same time, and whichever of two managers sees it first can sign. Where each request stands is worked out from the approval record itself, never edited by hand.
Drag the amount, or switch to a purchase contract, and watch the route grow.

When the dashboard says some invoices are overdue, clicking through shows exactly those. When inventory says an item is holding up orders, the orders page shows exactly those orders. When the numbers agree, people trust the system.
Systems
Status grows out of what actually happened: shipped, invoiced, paid. The system always knows where an order is. When it says shipped, the goods have left the building.

Numbers that match
The same receivables can be a calendar (what’s due when), an aging table (who owes how long) or a plain list. Switch views and the count holds steady; click through from the dashboard and you land on exactly those records.
Calendar, aging table, list: one dataset, three views
Apply one payment to several invoices — orders update themselves
Reminder emails drafted for you, logged to the customer’s history
Switch between Calendar, Aging and List at the top right — the record count at the bottom never changes.
05
Any screen
The layout follows its own width: secondary columns step aside, details stack, panels slide in from the side. A manager away from the desk can clear the approval queue from a phone.
Open a pending request — approve it, or send it back with a reason.

Ten-plus years
We’ve built CRM, ERP and e-commerce systems for more than ten years, refining one interaction language all along — and the more we build, the simpler it gets.

Traceability|Every record keeps its story.
Who did what, and when — the system remembers: which step an order is at, whose desk a request is on, why stock is one unit short.

Analytics|Every number is one click deep.
Every figure on the dashboard opens to the records behind it. Aging, forecasts and stock levels are computed from what actually happened and compiled for you.
Selected work
Work scattered across platforms, spreadsheets and people. Every system we’ve built does the same thing: ties it into one line.
Client names stay private. This is what the systems look like.
Integrations
Half of a good system is how well it connects: payments come in, shipping labels are issued, invoices go out and messages are sent — all inside the system. These are services we have integrated in real projects.
All names are trademarks of their respective owners. Listed only to show integrations we have built — not a partnership or reseller relationship.
Online payments, refunds and settlement reconciliation.
Home delivery and store-pickup labels, with shipping status written back automatically.
Issued automatically on shipment or payment.
Sales and returns posted back to the ERP automatically.
Order notifications, broadcasts and audience segments.
Order import, stock sync and fulfillment updates.
Fulfillment instructions, file exchange and reporting data.
Don’t see yours? Most services offer an API, and the approach carries over.
